The new factory of Zhejiang Yuanan Liquid Equipment Co,Ltd. is located in Wenzhou Binhai Development Zone, covering an area of 50 acres with a building area of 56,000 square meters. Currently, we have about 230 employees. Our goal is to build a green, healthy, intelligent, and smart modern factory.
The company primarily produces sanitary valves, sanitary steel pipes, sanitary pipe fittings, and sanitary pumps. Its products are widely used in various fields such as blood products, vaccines, biopharmaceuticals, brewing, dairy products, food, beverages, ice cream, cosmetics, and water treatment. Recognized for its technological excellence and reasonable pricing, the company has gained recognition from numerous renowned enterprises both domestically and internationally, including Yangtze River Pharmaceutical, Shenwei Pharmaceutical, Huadong Medicine, Xinhua Medical, Tofflon, Truking Technology, Wahaha, Mengniu Dairy, Tsingtao Beer, and Budweiser Beer.
The production and processing utilize internationally leading equipment such as imported CNC machines, and the technology is collaboratively developed with Germany. Adhering to a rigorous and practical approach, we select stainless steel raw material suppliers such as Shanghai Huaxin Lihua, Zhangjiagang Pohang, and United Industrial of America. All products are manufactured in strict accordance with standards such as ISO, DIN, ASME-BPE, SMS, and 3A, with rigorous and comprehensive testing. The quality fully meets industry standards.
The construction of the new factory is based on the concept of a three-in-one culture encompassing production, life, and ecology, aiming to enable employees to work happily and live healthily. Each workshop is equipped with a fresh air system and central air conditioning, providing constant temperature conditions that are not only conducive to the precision of metal products during production but also to employees' pleasant moods while working. While ensuring the production layout, as much space as possible is set aside to provide employees with living and leisure facilities. The factory area also includes a basketball court, table tennis court, and multi-function hall.
Under the meticulous planning and implementation by the Information Engineering Department team, the company's ERP and MES systems have been successfully launched, effectively enabling refined management and rapid response in sales, production, and logistics. This has facilitated the transformation into a modern technology-driven enterprise with intelligent manufacturing and a smart factory.
